BRIEF the INTRODUCTION:

Currently, I am an associate professor and master's tutor in school of finance,Nanjing Agricultural university. Since I began working there, I have been mainly engaged in research on rural finance, financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and venture capital.Then,I have successively hosted the humanities and social science research planning project of the Education Ministry , the philosophy and social science project of Jiangsu province, the soft science project of Jiangsu province and other topics. In addition,I have published more than 20 professional academic papers in journals ,such as "Issues in Agricultural Economy", " Journal of Agrotechnical Economics" and "Economic Perspectives".
