科研情况:

主要从事营养分子感应与代谢调控的分子机制研究,聚焦糖尿病、肥胖、非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病机理和干预方法。综合运用分子生物学、细胞生物学和动物生理病理模型研究食品来源的营养分子对肝脏疾病、糖尿病和肥胖的调控机制并开发有效干预手段。
