李凤民,196210月生于河北省新乐县,美高梅正规网址(www.9844.com)农学院教授,主要研究领域为耕作学与农田生态学,农业生态学,作物生态学。

1983年内蒙古大学植物生态学本科,1989年西北植物研究所-西北大学植物生态学专业硕士,1992年华东师范大学生态学专业博士,1994年兰州大学博士后,一直在兰州大学工作至202111月,此后调至美高梅正规网址(www.9844.com)农学院。

担任干旱农业生态国家重点实验室副主任(1995-2002),干旱和草地生态教育部重点实验室主任(2005-2011),生命学院副院长(1999-2002, 2006-2008),草地农业生态系统国家重点实验室副主任(2014-2019),2007牵头建立旱寒生态学创新引智基地 (现为2.0)2007-2011旱区农业与生态修复教育部工程研究中心创始期主任;2006教育部特聘教授和国家杰出青年科学基金, 2007教育部创新团队。

建立了以生活史生态学为基础的作物群体抗旱性理论框架,开展小麦育种理论和实践研究。系统研究了旱作农业集水补灌、田间微集水、作物生产力和土壤质量演变关系、以及苜蓿草地与作物轮作等,提出了旱地生态农业理论与技术体系。近年来总结提出深碳农业理念,推进生产生态相融合的现代生态农业发展。

牵头获教育部自然科学一等奖与科技进步二等奖各1项,发展中国家科学院农业科学奖和中国产学研合作创新奖。发表论文380余篇,其中SCI收录250余篇,综合H指数71

兼任第六、七届国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,教育部第三、四、五届科技委生物学()学部委员,中国生态学会农业生态学专委会副主任,咨询工作委员会副主任,中国环境科学学会生态农业专业委员会副主任。先后任Agron JAgr Ecosyst EnvironField Crop ResAgroecol Sust Food等国外学术期刊和多个国内学术期刊编委会成员。

还担任中国民主促进会第十三、十四届中央委员会委员,第十、十一、十二届甘肃省政协常委等。
