Copyright Statement

This is an early online version of the draft of the assembled pear genome (Pbr_v1.0). All data are available only for scientific use.
By accessing these data, you agree not to publish any articles containing genes or genomic data analysis on a whole genome or chromosome scale prior to publication of a comprehensive genome analysis ("Reserved Analyses") by us. "Reserved Analyses" include but not limited to identification of complete (whole genome) sets of genomic features, including genes, gene families, GC content, repeat structures, regulatory elements, or any other genome feature, as well as whole-genome or chromosome-scale comparisons with other species. If you are interested in collaborating on the pear genome on one of these topics, please contact us.

The publication of the pear genome is in progress. If you want to use the data for non-reserved analyses, such as cloning of a gene of interest, we only ask that you send us an email to notify us of this activity, and that you cite the corresponding paper. As we maintain steady updates of this genome, re-distribution and re-packaging of these data are not allowed without permission.

We will continue to provide updates of the genome version. If you encounter any problems or unsure about an issue related to usage of these data, please send a message to us.

Note:

  • Please register in English, or might be failed.
  • Please manually remove the ".gz" suffix. They are actually not gzipped file.
  • Pseudo-chromosome sequences for the ’Dangshansuli’ v1.0 (Pbr_v1.0.chr.fasta.bz2) and ’Bartlett’ v1.1 genome (Pyrus_communis_v1.1.chr.fasta.bz2) were compressed using bzip2.
